3. NO PHOTOS/Video – IN PUBLIC AREAS! - IF you are behind closed doors you may take photos
a. All parties must agree to be photographed
b. Taking an unwanted photograph of someone in a private moment can end in criminal action, PSSOM LLC is not responsible for any pictures taken without consent or permission.
4. Wristbands are required for the entire party.
a. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to get a bracelet or leave.
b. Wristbands and party check in starts at 4p on Friday @ in the hotel lobby across from the hotel check in.
5. Keep yourselves appropriately covered when moving through common areas in front of the black curtains on the first floor.
6. NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY OF ANY KIND IN THE POOL AREA!
7. BYOB including mixers allowed on the floors. When hanging out in the DJ area, restaurant or hotel lobby please purchase from the bar.
a. We do not sell any liquor as we do not have a liquor license
b. Please only take drinks from members or people that you trust, PSSOM will not be held liable if someone drinks to the point of excess, and must be removed, or if someone tampers with a drink left alone.
8. BYOC and please BRING EXTRA TOWELS IF NEEDED.
a. Failure to adhere to the rules of the hotel will be cause for removal without a refund.
9. Do NOT discuss our event with strangers, hotel employees or if you leave the premise.
a. The decision on if you were discussing OUR event will belong to (Debbie alone)
10. DO NOT SOCIALIZE or FLIRT WITH SECURITY OR HOTEL STAFF, they are not a part of our group.
a. This will be an immediate dismissal with no refund and you will be asked to leave the hotel, and you will be banned from future events.
11. As with any hotel stay, the hotel will charge YOU for damages including smoke, burns, broken items or unusually soiled items. Remember this when decorating your room. No glitter, smoke machines etc..
a. PSSOM will not be responsible for any additional room costs for anything that happens inside of a hotel room
12. LEAVE YOUR GUN AT HOME! It is not allowed on the hotel property. Failure to adhere to this rule will be cause for immediate removal without a refund, and banishment from future parties.
13. No smoking, vaping, prostitution. or drugs allowed in the hotel. Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave the party area or will be denied entrance. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUNDS!
Please follow standard swinger etiquette:
Be friendly and polite and open to meeting new people
An open or propped open door is an invitation to watch ONLY. Please ask and receive permission before initiating any contact.
If you want privacy, please fully close your door. Doors that are propped open will be assumed to be open.
Event only guests may not enter anyone’s room without permission. NO MEANS NO! No means no, so if someone tells you no, we ask you to respect this decision. Whether you are a man or a woman, please ask for the consent of others before touching.
Please respect the venue at all times by keeping it clean and picking up after yourself. If you have an accident, please clean it up, and/or notify staff to help you.
IF YOU FEEL SICK DO NOT COME TO THE EVENT. IF YOU SHOW UP SICK YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT REFUND!
