Finding Members:
  1. Click "Who's On" in the navigation bar
  2. Use the Quick Search panel on the left side to apply filters
  3. Adjust the View settings to customize your results click map 
This is one of several ways to search. Try clicking the map icon to switch to the map view!

🙋 General Questions

How do I create an account?
Visit our homepage and click "Join Now" or "Sign Up." Follow the registration process to become a member. Some features require a Premium upgrade. We do not require paid memberships to attend or purchase tickets. Free profile just allows you to add pictures RSVP to events so others may see you or reach out to you.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free members can Buy tickets, Attend events see events browse the site and access basic features. Premium members unlock: video chat with couples, private chatrooms, ability to post Booty Calls and Travel Plans, and access to exclusive Sugar & Spice group rooms.
At some point we will require singles to have paid membership but for now as long as you have completed profile you are fine to stay. We have talked to every single that joins this site and are directly approved by owner.
Now this does not mean we met them all. Just means they were proper enough to introduce themselves and seamed nice enough to invite to group. As we know women like men just the same but we limit singles at events based on attendance.
How do I contact support?
Use the Forum to reach out to moderators, or email us for issues. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. Please do not contact support till you contacted us directly for any issues. Thank you.
    How do I get vetted as single?

To begin the vetting process, follow these steps:

1. Learn the Guidelines First

• Click the Home tab in your navigation bar, then select Singles & Rules from the dropdown

• Watch the consent video

• Read both the Etiquette and BDSM tabs to understand Trust & Control expectations

2. Prove Your Commitment at Events

• Browse upcoming public events like TPA or our Meet & Greets. Once we know you or approve you you will be permitted to attend our private events & Hotel Parties/events alike...

• Check ticket prices beforehand and confirm which event you plan to attend

• When you're ready to purchase a ticket, let us know—we'll vet you at that moment

• Buying a ticket proves you'll actually show up (many say they'll come but don't follow through)

3. What We Look For We approve some singles who can demonstrate:

• A genuine relationship history

• Clear understanding of consent

• Respect for community standards

4. Keeping Your Account Active

• Free single accounts must attend events or upgrade to membership to remain active

• If you maintain a Premium membership, you can stay even if you prefer to use the site from home

• Many singles and couples enjoy our live cam features connecting with members worldwide. Mainting your Premium mebership will ensure you remain.

Can't see all navigation items on mobile?
The navigation bar is scrollable! Swipe left/right or use the arrow buttons on desktop. All 20+ sections are accessible - they just fit beyond the screen width for better organization.
How do I find upcoming events?
Click the 📍 Tracker icon in the navigation bar to see all Who's going. You can also check the Featured Events section on the main page and view events you're attending in your dashboard. Also look at Sugar & Spice events or click the events tab at top & click future events or to see past events.
Where can I post announcements?
Use the 💬 Forum section to post news, travel plans, Booty Calls, event updates, or anything you'd like to share with the community. Travel plan is like booty call except you can change zip code locations.
How do I connect with new members?
Browse ✨ Who's New to see recent joiners, or check 👤 Who's On for currently active members. You can also join 👥 Groups based on shared interests. Just say hello & be nice..
What is the Fun Dungeon?
The Fun Dungeon is our special entertainment Meet & greet zone with games, interactive content, and unique community activities. Check it out for some playful surprises!
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Click the 💎 Premium navigation item to view plans and benefits. Upgrade instantly with secure payment processing. Annual plans offer 23% savings!

Is this a couples-only site?
We welcome singles, couples, and everyone in between! Our community is diverse and inclusive. Respect all members regardless of relationship status. We welcome respectful singles who say hello 1st & introduce yourself.
Singles that want to be vetted for parties come to our Fun Dungeon Meet & greet show us how you are in person.
How do I report inappropriate behavior?
Use the reporting feature on individual posts/profiles, or message moderators through the Forum. We take community safety seriously and will investigate promptly. You also may email us anytime. At events contact 1 of our security teams or the check in person for the event. Do not contact hotel we will handle all issues immediately.
Can I bring a friend to events?
Not if you just met but yes if you are long time friends or have known each other long enough. We do not permit new people to attend event 1st time meeting. Event policies vary. Check each event's details for guest policies. When in doubt, contact event organizers through the Forum or event messaging system.
